📦 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

– Contact us at info@nbafanfits.com within 24 hours of delivery to request a return or exchange.

– Include your order number, a brief reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

– Items must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact.

– All returns must be initiated and shipped within 30 days of delivery.

🔁 Exchange Policy

– Exchanges are subject to product availability.

– If the requested item is unavailable, we will process a full refund instead.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

– Customized jackets are non-returnable due to their personalized nature.

– Returns missing tags or sent without original packaging may not qualify for a refund.

💳 Refunds

– If returning for reasons other than a defect or fulfillment error, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

– Refunds are processed once the item is inspected at our warehouse.

❌ Order Cancellations

– Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

– After 24 hours, cancellations are no longer guaranteed and may incur fees if the item has been processed or shipped.
