Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes by Region

We ship globally using trusted carriers (FedEx). Typical delivery times:
• United States & Canada: 5–7 business days
• United Kingdom & Europe: 6–9 business days
• Australia & Asia: 7–12 business days
• Middle East & Africa: 9–15 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary during high-volume periods.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all orders over $99 USD
• Orders under $99 will incur a shipping charge calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also check your order status on our Track Order Page.

Missed or Delayed Deliveries

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe:
• Check your tracking info first.
• If it shows no updates for over 5 days, email us at info@nbafanfits.com and we’ll assist you.
Lost parcels will be fully investigated. Reshipments or refunds will be offered once confirmed.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s laws. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Address Accuracy

We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing an order.
Once the order is shipped, changes to delivery address are not possible. If your parcel is returned due to incorrect address, you may be charged reshipping fees.
